We’re confident you’ll be fully satisfied with your Huntek gear. But if something’s not right — whether it’s a return, an exchange, or a warranty concern — we’ve built a straightforward policy to make sure you’re supported at every step.

✔ 30-Day No-Questions Return

1.  Return Guarantee - 30 Days: 

1.1 You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product—no questions asked. This guarantee is here to give you confidence before use — You’re free to unbox the sled, inspect the build, and feel the quality before committing to keep it.

1.2 Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and undamaged
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • The product will be inspected upon return to confirm eligibility

1.3 Return Shipping:

We keep it simple: return shipping is charged as a flat rate — $19.99 for Canada and $29.99 for the United States. This amount will be deducted from your refund. (Rates are subject to change without notice.)

1.4 Customs & Import Fees:

For international returns (e.g. from the U.S.), any additional customs duties, brokerage fees, or import charges that occur upon re-entry to Canada are the responsibility of the customer.

If such fees are charged to us upon reception, their total will also be deducted from your refund.

1.5 Packaging Note:

Once the sled is unfolded or deployed, it may be challenging to repackage it in its original form. We recommend inspecting the product before use, so you can return it easily if needed.


✔ 3-Year Field-Tested Warranty

2.  Scope of Warranty: 

2.1 This warranty covers:

  • Any manufacturing defect
  • Any material failure resulting from normal field use
  • Included components and accessories, such as stitching, fasteners, and textile elements

This warranty is valid for up to 3 years from the date of purchase.

For guides, outfitters, or other commercial users, we invite you to contact us to apply for the Huntek Pro Team Program, where tailored support may apply.

 

3.  Functional Warranty - 3 Years: 

3.1 This warranty covers manufacturing defects or material failures occurring under normal use in rugged field conditions.

3.2 Covered:

  • Structural failures
  • Failures in stitching, fasteners, or accessories
  • Production or assembly defects

3.3 Not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Excessive exposure to conditions outside intended use (e.g., pavement, high speed, corrosive or chemical environments)
  • Products modified or repaired by the user or a third party
  • Products purchased on final sale or liquidation (unless otherwise stated)
  • Damage resulting from misuse or negligence


4.  Claim Procedure:

Please provide:

  • Proof of purchase
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Well-framed and representative photos of the affected product

Photos are essential to allow for remote assessment. If documentation is insufficient, shipping the product for inspection may be requested.

4.2 Processing time:

We commit to resolving warranty cases within 3 to 5 business days. During hunting season, we prioritize urgent cases to minimize any disruption to your hunt.

 

5.  Huntek's Commitment: 

5.1 If a defect is confirmed:

  • A repair may be offered where applicable
  • Otherwise, a replacement will be provided with a product of equivalent or better composition
  • The warranty covers one replacement per original purchase

The decision to offer a repair or replacement is at Huntek’s discretion based on the nature of the defect.


6.  General Conditions: 
  • The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only
  • It is non-transferable
  • Only one claim is permitted per purchased item
  • This warranty is not an insurance policy, but a service commitment

7.1 This warranty exists to support you, not to monitor or judge. You are best positioned to understand what qualifies as reasonable, normal field use. But if you’re unsure whether your situation is covered, just reach out. We handle every case with honesty, respect, and common sense.
