1. Delivery Areas:
1.1. We offer delivery of our products throughout Canada and the United States.
1.2. Please check delivery availability for your region at the time of ordering.
2. Order Processing Times:
2.1. Orders are generally processed within 2 to 3 business days from the receipt of payment.
2.2. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Fees:
3.1. Flat Rate Shipping is available for both Canada and the U.S. when a GameSled™ is in your cart:
- 🇨🇦 Canada – Flat Rate: $19.99 CAD
- 🇺🇸 United States – Flat Rate: $29.99 USD
† U.S. flat rate shipping is temporarily suspended due to recent changes in customs/import fees. Customers may still check out using real-time carrier rates.
3.2. These flat rates include tracked shipping through the most suitable carrier available at the time of fulfillment and apply to most addresses in Canada and the U.S.. Flat Rate Shipping is designed to offer a capped, predictable cost for delivery. Depending on your location, real-time carrier rates at checkout may be lower, and you. are free to select whichever option best suits you.
3.3. Orders without a GameSled™ will see real-time shipping rates at checkout, calculated with DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) when applicable—meaning duties and taxes are shown upfront, with no surprise fees at delivery.
3.4. Additional options will be displayed at checkout in real time from our shipping service provider, sorted by cheapest, fastest, and best value, based on your location and order details.
3.5. Flat Rate Shipping is not available in remote regions such as Canadian territories, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. overseas territories. Orders shipping to these areas may be subject to custom carrier rates.
4. Shipping Options:
4.1. We offer two types of shipping:
- Flat Rate Shipping (standard tracked service)
- Real-time carrier rates calculated at checkout, showing the best available options for your location and order
4.2. Estimated delivery times:
- Canada (Flat Rate): 3–7 business days
- USA (Flat Rate): 4–8 business days
- Other carrier options: Delivery estimates shown at checkout
4.3. Free Shipping Promotions may apply only to orders that:
- Include at least one eligible product (e.g., GameSled™)
- Select Flat Rate Shipping - Tracked & Reliable at checkout
- Ship to addresses within the 10 Canadian provinces or the contiguous United States
4.4. Exclusions:
- Canada: Yukon (YT), Northwest Territories (NT), Nunavut (NU), and remote/rural postal codes
- United States: Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), California (CA) and U.S. territoires (including Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Island), as well as military APO/FPO addresses
4.5. These areas may still be eligible for delivery, but Flat Rate and Free Shipping options will not apply. Shipping fees will be calculated based on location and carrier pricing at checkout.
5. Order Tracking:
5.1. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
5.2. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
6. International Shipping:
6.1. For most U.S. orders under $800 USD, duties and taxes are currently waived under Section 321 of the U.S. Tariff Act (de minimis exemption).
6.2. This exemption is subject to change on August 29. After this date, any applicable taxes and duties will appear at checkout to reflect updated regulations.
6.3. The information provided regarding customs exemptions is for general guidance only and does not constitute a guarantee. Customs regulations may change or be interpreted differently, and Huntek cannot be held responsible for any fees assessed by U.S. authorities.
6.4. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.
7. Delivery Issues:
7.1. If you experience any issues with your delivery (delays, damaged package, or missing items), please contact us promptly. We’ll work with our carriers to resolve the situation quickly.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control:
8.1. Huntek is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control such as extreme weather, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.
